The holiday apartments are on the first terrace level and boast outstanding views of the surrounding countryside of Umbria and with views to Castiglione della Valle & Monte Petriolo. Each self catering apartment has its own independent entrance with private outdoor areas. The apartments can be rented as one as they connect via an internal door.

 

Oliva & Fico self catering apartments are typically Umbrian with a modern twist. Comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated both have central heating with a wood burner in the Oliva Apartment with a pellet stove in the Fico Apartment for those early Spring and Autumn stays. There is a spectacular solar heated swimming pool, shared by the apartments with a large sun terrace which is located above the house in a tranquil position overlooking the surrounding villages of Castiglione della Valle and Montepetriolo.
